Program Manager

Overview:

The Program Manager will partner directly with the Senior Director of IT to coordinate, track, and execute technology initiatives. This role drives alignment, structure, and follow-through across projects that span engineering, cybersecurity, compliance, and operations. The ideal candidate is an organized communicator and systems thinker with strong attention to detail, a bias for action, and the ability to work across multiple time zones and teams.

This position is a night shift work-from-home position with a typical schedule of 9am EST - 6pm EST.

Responsibilities:

· Coordinate and monitor multiple IT and software development projects.

· Build and maintain project schedules, dashboards, and risk logs in Azure DevOps (ADO) and Microsoft 365.

· Partner with project managers, developers, and analysts to ensure timelines, scope, and deliverables are clear and tracked.
