Job Summary

The Faculty of Open Learning and Career Development (FOLCD) develops and delivers innovative and diverse educational programs for more than 5000 students annually to help them navigate the changing world of learning and work. Reporting to the Director, Professional Certificates, Career Essentials and Accreditation, the Program Manager is responsible for the effective and efficient management and administration of courses and certificates, including course set up and revisions, student access to the learning management system, course scheduling, student advising, and instructor support and coaching.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end‑to‑end management of online courses and certificates, including scheduling, LMS setup and maintenance, course approvals, evaluations, grades, microcredentials, and continuous course improvement.
