Description
We are building up Operation Readiness Team in Bratislava (BTS). The function is managed through life cycle of TRD, APAR BRD, suboptimal contract signoff, capacity planning, UAT/PVT, SOP design, project launch and hyper-care period before handing over to operation teams, by covering critical projects in all business channels, including:
- New Geo/Business Launches: Amazon is launching one of its core business (Retail, Corp, AWS, logistics etc.) in a country are categorized under new launches:
- Integrations & Migrations: Amazon has acquired a company and had it as subsidiary. Integration of Subsidiary companies system on to Amazon; Compliance/Tax Projects:
- New Tax rules introduced by local regulatory in a geo where Amazon has been doing business. The team will work closely with business, BP, PMO, GAP/GAR SME, EMEA Ops (FinOps Services) and Tech teams closely to drive APAR requirement.
