Program Manager Office Lead (PMO Lead)

Role Purpose

PMO Lead will own the end-to-end monthly target setting process and lead performance analysis across the customer lifecycle. This role will ensure consumption, delivery, invoicing, receivables, margins, and profitability are tracked against the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) goals. The candidate will transform operational data into actionable insights, enabling leadership to make data-driven interventions for growth, margin optimization, and account health.

Key Responsibilities

1. Target Setting Ownership

• Lead monthly target setting for all Vertical Service Delivery (VSD) teams, ensuring alignment to AOP goals.
• Validate consumption, delivery, invoicing, and receivables data for accuracy before target lock.
• Integrate new deals and upsells into monthly targets as they close.
