At Ignite Academy, I lead strategic programs and cross-functional initiatives that drive academic excellence, operational efficiency, and business growth. I work closely with leadership, faculty, product, marketing, and operations teams to plan, execute, and monitor high-impact projects that enhance the learning experience for over 1 million learners across Maharashtra.

My role involves managing multiple programs simultaneously, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, identifying and mitigating risks, and ensuring timely execution of strategic initiatives aligned with the organization's vision. I also focus on improving processes, tracking performance metrics, and enabling seamless collaboration across teams.
