Job Description
This role involves Technical Program Management (TPM) in semiconductors VLSI design field and working with Cadence customers in leadership role to manage key strategic engagements.
Collaborate with globalized cross-functional teams while applying effective stakeholder management practices to ensure all deliverables are successfully executed, monitored, and controlled to drive Customer Success and satisfaction.
Coordinate between Cadence key customer Account teams, Applications Engineering teams and R&D teams to effectively support the customer and to track and manage all key customer requests and critical issues as per the customer timelines. Proactively identify, mitigate and resolve issues.
Provide leadership, guidance and motivation to the cross-functional team while resolving internal conflicts.
Manage and set priorities for resources across teams to achieve customer account objectives.
