Program Manager

Going to School is hiring a Program Manager – Climate Entrepreneurship in Mumbai.

This is a field-first role. You'll work on site with low-income start-up sustainable entrepreneurs, researching real problems, testing ideas in real conditions, and helping turn insight into clear, viable climate businesses. Expect time in markets and communities, not behind a desk.

You should be comfortable doing field research, working closely with people, structuring business ideas and business plans, managing programs end to end, and writing clearly and rigorously. Fluency in English and Hindi is required. You must be based in Mumbai.
