Essential Functions:

• Formulate, organize and coordinate multiple projects at a time.
• Responsible for creating and managing suitable strategies and objectives for each project.
• Develop and Control deadlines, budgets and activities.
• Responsible to coordinate and manage any product or process deviation.
• Responsible to coordinate engineering changes due to Customer requirements.
• Communication between local members to manage the Engineering systems and functions without language barriers.
• Provide daily status input to the Staff.
• Lead tasks for optimization and improvement in designated area.
• Clearly communicate requirements and expectations with all staff members. Ensure all the needed resources are available in order to meet customer product demand and requirements.
