    Minimum Qualifications:

    *6+ years of experience in either L&D, Consulting or HR Operations. 4+ years of experience in Project management, including leading multiple projects simultaneously as well as cross-functional teams. Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS) or other HR technologies. Experience collaborating across the organization and influence partners to achieve results. Analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting experience.
