Job Description

This is a Program Manager role, not a Project Manager role. You are expected to manage the overall portfolio of related initiatives—seeing dependencies, anticipating conflicts, and driving progress across the entire program.

Crucially, your focus is on orchestrating multiple related initiatives and ensuring the program delivers intended business outcomes, not just individual project milestones. This role reports to the Head of Transformation.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5-7+ years managing complex, multi-workstream programs.
  • Able to translate high-level direction into actionable plans.
  • Experience coordinating across departments and influencing without direct authority.
  • Background in operations, transformation, or process improvement
  • PgMP, PMP, or similar certification.
  • Experience in BPO or shared services.
  • Familiarity with ISO standards.
