Responsible for the strategic oversight, coordination, and delivery of the organization’s major projects portfolio, directly reporting to the Chief Operations Officer. This role provides leadership to Project Managers assigned to large, complex, and high‑risk projects, ensuring consistent execution, strong governance, and alignment with business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Provide end‑to‑end oversight of all major and complex projects within the portfolio.
• Establish and maintain program‑level plans, milestones, and performance metrics.
• Ensure alignment between individual project objectives and broader organizational goals.
• Identify interdependencies, risks, and resource constraints across projects and proactively manage impacts.
