Program Manager

Tharros is seeking a Program Manager to lead operations across three DoD Cyber Crime Center (DC3) directorates: the Vulnerability Disclosure Program (VDP), the Defense Industrial Base Collaborative Information Sharing Environment (DCISE), and the Operations Enablement Directorate (OED). This role serves as the primary point of contact between the Contractor and the Government, with full authority for personnel actions and overall contract performance. The Program Manager will oversee 26 tasks spanning vulnerability intake and disclosure, cyber threat intelligence production, all-source analytical operations, and partner engagement across the Defense Industrial Base.
