Program Manager

Seeking a well-qualified and highly professional Program Manager to lead new product development projects for an onsemi business unit. This person will manage multiple programs involving the development, qualification, and release of new products, IP and technology development projects, and the new product package technology roadmap. The role requires leading cross‑functional teams, managing program costs, meeting project deadlines, and maximizing ROI. The candidate must analyze data, present meaningful analysis, and interact with internal and external executives at all levels. Broad semiconductor industry experience, bridging manufacturing, engineering, finance, R&D, and operations, is essential.
