**About the position**
We are seeking a skilled **Project Manager** to lead projects within Kongsberg Automotive’s Drive Control Systems business area. This role involves managing complex projects from initiation to completion, ensuring that goals, budgets, and timelines are met while maintaining the highest quality standards.
**Responsibilities**
Lead projects for KA’s Drive Control Systems business area
Define and monitor project goals, milestones, and budgets
Ensure projects are delivered within 100% of the approved budget; implement recovery plans when necessary
Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams, including engineers, developers, and customers
Coordinate activities across departments and international branches
Report project/program status to the steering committee (STC)
Organize and lead project meetings with internal and customer teams
Ensure compliance with quality standards, internal and external processes, and schedules
