The Girls Life Skills Program works with girls in government schools in Kishanganj, Bihar to pass Grade 10, stay in school, and go on to start enterprises that solve for Climate Change. Girls learn life skills, sustainable enterprise skills, STEM skills through stories, games, action-research outside and technology. 

The Program Manager is independently responsible for girls' and boys’ skills outcomes. 

The Program Manager leads a field team to deliver life skills, STEM and enterprise education in schools through stories, games and action-research in communities. You and the team are based at school, every day school is open.
