Team Size: 60–80 (Regional Managers, Field Teams (Coaches), Academic & Ops Staff)
Role Type and Nature: Full-Time/Contractual & In-person ( Till June 2026)

Level of Management: II-A (Senior Manager level)
The Story So Far
Taleemabad began as a stubborn idea in a tiny Islamabad room: what if every child, even without a private tutor, could learn through cartoons on national TV? We secured that airtime and then built a learning appthat integrated literacy into 1.5 million smartphones.
When that still felt small, we opened 140 low-fee private schools. Then we realised that real scale lives inside Pakistan's public schooling system, so we marched in two districts, thousands of teachers, and measurable learning gains.
