We are looking for a dynamic professional to lead our training delivery and floor operations at Datavalley. This role owns the complete journey of every student from batch onboarding to interview readiness, and ensures our training engine runs with discipline, structure and consistency.

Role Purpose

The Program Manager is the operational backbone of Datavalley’s training function, responsible for end-to-end delivery of all programs, both offline and online. They ensure every student moves through a structured learning pipeline, every trainer delivers as per plan, and every day on the training floor produces tangible learning output.
