Job Description

  • This role involves Technical Program Management (TPM) in semiconductors VLSI design field and working with Cadence customers in leadership role to manage key strategic engagements.
  • Collaborate with globalized cross-functional teams while applying effective stakeholder management practices to ensure all deliverables are successfully executed, monitored, and controlled to drive Customer Success and satisfaction.
  • Coordinate between Cadence key customer Account teams, Applications Engineering teams and R&D teams to effectively support the customer and to track and manage all key customer requests and critical issues as per the customer timelines. Proactively identify, mitigate and resolve issues.
  • Provide leadership, guidance and motivation to the cross-functional team while resolving internal conflicts.
