**Minimum qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
+ 5 years of experience in program or project management.
+ Experience with Program Management Office (PMO).
+ Experience with data analytics.
+ Experience with SDLC.
**Preferred qualifications:**
+ PMP, Agile project management certification, or similar.
+ 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
+ Experience with Networking.
