+ 5 years of experience in program or project management.
+ Experience in facilities management, data center operations, mechanical or electrical engineering
+ Experience in contract management or contract negotiations.
**Preferred qualifications:**
+ 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
+ Experience with executive-level written and verbal communication.
+ Ability to lead with accountability and ownership for project lifecycle.
