Operations Engagement (OE) is a team within Operations Business Support (OBS), part of Whole Foods Market's Worldwide Grocery Stores (WWGS) organization. We deliver an excellent customer experience by building confident and capable retail leaders through business acumen training, operational store support, and labor and scheduling optimization insights—empowering operators to make informed decisions that drive success across WWGS.
We partner directly with store operations and process teams, and operations finance to drive measurable improvements in store-level performance. Our portfolio spans store profitability support, new store openings, labor and scheduling optimization, and our Business Acumen program. We deliver results that directly impact Team Members and customers.
