Amazon Freight Ops Integrations is seeking an experienced Program Manager to drive operational excellence and strategic integration initiatives across our freight network. This role will be instrumental in scaling Amazon Freight's capabilities by managing complex, cross-functional programs that enhance operational efficiency, improve customer experience, and drive business growth.
The ideal candidate will own end-to-end program management for freight operations integrations, working closely with internal stakeholders including Ship with Amazon, Amazon Logistics, and external partners including third-party carriers and freight forwarders.
