Hiring: Technical Program Manager – Oracle Aconex (EPCM Domain)
We are looking for a domain-driven Technical Program Manager with strong EPCM and construction delivery experience to lead Oracle Aconex–based construction programs . This role is focused on real project execution , not a generic IT or Agile TPM position.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end Oracle Aconex implementations across EPCM projects
Own construction document control : RFIs, submittals, transmittals, workflows
Work closely with engineers, contractors, consultants, and owners
Manage construction milestones, risks, and dependencies
Support integrations with ERP, reporting, and project controls systems
Drive Aconex adoption across site and office stakeholders
Mandatory Experience
8+ years in EPCM / construction program delivery
Hands-on Oracle Aconex implementation experience
Strong understanding of the construction lifecycle and controls
