UPMC Health Plan has an exciting opportunity for a Program Manager HP OPD position in the Business Performance Improvement department. This is a full-time, hybrid position consisting of working from home and in office. In office days are Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
This role is responsible for leading, planning, developing, and implementing high-priority, enterprise-level programs across multiple business units and executive stakeholders. The Program Manager provides clear direction, governance, and accountability for Senior Project Managers and Project Managers while ensuring alignment to strategic objectives, financial performance, and measurable return on investment (ROI).
