Program Manager

**Job Description Summary**: The Program Manager is responsible for leading the cross-functional team through the decision-making, planning and execution of the program/project. Expected to lead the team by listening to all functional interests with consensus decisions/trade-offs including impact to value proposition with active participation across the Program Core Team; ensuring that all commitments to quality, scope and timing are based on appropriate work planning with adequate cross-functional resource commitment.
**Duties include (but are not limited to)**:
- Driving effective communication across businesses and functions
- Driving product planning and multi-generational product/platform roadmap execution
