Essential Duties & Responsibilities: 

  • Manages all aspects of project planning and development in programs, including Engineering and Construction; Technical Support; Bidding Strategy; Schedules; Budget; Funding source and allocations; Prioritization of Work; Closeout.
  • Reviews, analyzes, and interprets complex project design and construction budgets, schedules, and costs to ensure conformance with authorized scope, time and financial requirements.
  • Develops projects’ scope, schedule, and budget ensuring the goals and vision of the stakeholders are reflected
  • Develops funding strategies for each of the projects within a program, with emphasis on timing and tracking.
  • Minimum Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or equivalent
