- Prepare Business Hand Off Flow 3 to Flow 4 for Development of Products and Processes
- Escalation: Escalation of high risk items
- Review and Update Program Requirements
- Manage project team Plan: Plan/Re-Plan and Update Project Book
- Monitor and Control Program Execution
- Monitor and Control Program Execution: Program Reflections Process
- OGR: Operational Gate Review
**Your Role**:
- Provide launch managament leadership to program crossfunctional teams in the plants in assuring flawless-launch execution and link and levaring with the program manager for Category AA, and A programs when required
- Establish, confirm and manage the Project Plan & coordinate activities for programs Category B and C as Program Manager
- Followup with the area owners the operational gate reviews, ensure the launches in the plants with appropriate Program Review Commitees, and assure control of the mf...
