The GTM AI Acceleration team exists to transform how ServiceNow's go-to-market organization works. Not by adding AI on the margins, but by embedding it into the core of how our sales and sales operations teams operate, decide, and grow. Our mission is to deploy the AI systems behind accelerated and scalable growth.

We sit at the intersection of strategy and execution, partnering with Sales, Sales Operations, and broader GTM functions to identify where AI can eliminate friction, surface insight, and unlock capacity at scale. Our work spans two key areas: AI for Sales and AI for Sales Ops, each focused on turning AI potential into measurable business impact.
