As a Program Manager in KLU’s Executive Education team, you will play a pivotal role in designing, delivering, and scaling high-impact learning experiences for professionals. This role blends hands-on project leadership, client engagement, and business development—perfectly aligned with KLU’s mission to empower leaders with an operations mindset. ​The position is full-time and limited to 2 years.

Your Responsibilities

Client Engagement & Business Development
  • Act as a trusted advisor and key account manager for corporate clients and university partners. 
  • Identify client learning needs and co-develop tailored solutions aligned with their strategic goals. 
  • Support marketing and sales efforts by crafting compelling proposals and representing KLU at networking events.
