Program Manager (E-Systems)

Position Overview

As a Program Manager based in Valls (Spain), you will take a lead on the delivery of multiple programs for the E-Systems division. You will be leading global cross functional teams which includes sales, engineering, manufacturing, finance, quality and purchasing. You will be in charge of program timeline development, documentation and execution ensuring scope, quality, timing and cost targets are met.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross functional teams to plan and flawlessly execute programs which exceed both customer and internal expectations.
• Take responsibility of the program to ensure it is delivered on time, within budget, within approved profitability and to required quality standards.
• Plan and execute all activities in accordance with the milestones defined by the customer.
