In this role, you will work across business units and functions to design and implement strategic leadership and professional skill development solutions that align with our clients' new joiners programme. You will collaborate closely with the leadership team and subject-matter experts from various functions across the business.

This role is responsible for the design, development, implementation, and evaluation of strategies and programmes that ensure the values are lived throughout the employee onboarding period.
