We are seeking a Program Manager with deep digital banking and credit union experience to lead complex transformation initiatives across multiple stakeholders and platforms.
This role is ideal for someone who has led large-scale implementations such as Central1 Forge migrations, Mambu rollouts, Backbase deployments, or multi-credit-union platform transformations.
At Aequilibrium, we partner with credit unions to modernize digital banking experiences using our Four Lenses model — Strategy, Experience, Technology, and Delivery. As Program Manager, you will operate at the Strategy & Governance lens, ensuring alignment, execution discipline, and measurable outcomes.
