Summary About the Position: Serves as staff advisor to the Commanding Officer, Crane Army Ammunition Activity (CAAA). Responsible for advising, assisting, and representing the Commander in all areas of the command leadership. As delegated by the Commander, exercises staff control and leadership over the organization Directors and Office Chiefs. Responsibilities Operational programs are diverse and complex and for all Services. Formulates and evaluates policies and directives from higher headquarters and advises on action necessary to establish the framework of the organization policies. Identifies and monitors actual or potential issues that require Command decision and recommends a specific course of action that will resolve the issue or correct deficient performance.
