Security Program Manager (Manager – Secure-by-Design Program)

Description / Key Responsibilities

• Own execution of the Secure-by-Design initiative across projects and verticals
• Work with Sales to review SOWs and scope security requirements upfront
• Identify security needs per project (App, Data, Cloud, AI) and plan TAG engagement
• Coordinate TAG resources across multiple customer projects
• Track security risks, gaps, and remediation status across deliveries
• Report program status, risks, and adoption metrics to leadership
• Enable consistent security scoping to avoid unplanned delivery delays

• 8–12+ years in program/project management in tech, cloud, or security domains
