**Job Description**
The Program Manager, CSU Online, leads the planning, implementation, and growth of online and off-campus credit degree and certificate programs within an assigned college portfolio. This role is responsible for generating revenue by strategically expanding, enhancing, and maintaining credit-bearing programs delivered through CSU Online.
The Program Manager collaborates closely with faculty, administrators, and other stakeholders to develop high-quality, sustainable, and targeted offerings for distance learners and to advocate for learner needs and quality offerings. Success in this role requires deep understanding of CSU Goals, partner college goals, academic standards, and learner needs.
As a key representative of the CSU Learning Innovation Team and CSU Online, this position fosters strong internal and external relationships and exercises sound judgment to advance institutional goals. The role also oversees complex projects, ensuring ali...
