Key Responsibilities
Financial Literacy Program Management
Lead strategic planning, execution, and partner coordination for Financial Literacy initiatives to ensure timely and high-quality delivery. Develop annual work plans, budgets, SOPs, and monitoring frameworks while ensuring compliance with funder requirements and reporting standards. Strengthen collaborations with external organizations to expand program reach and impact. Oversee curriculum design, periodic updates based on field insights, and ensure high-quality training of trainers. Conduct regular field visits to monitor implementation, provide feedback, address gaps, and continuously improve program effectiveness and outcomes.
