Program Manager - Change Management

20-hour per week, Part-time, Remote role. Work in EST Time Zone

As a Sr. Program Manager, Change Management in Technical Advisory, you will collaborate on complex programs critical to client’s consulting strategy.

This role combines expertise in driving complex change initiatives and detailed execution and governance of programs, providing clear management of and visibility into impact, progress, risks, and tradeoffs, enabling program teams to deliver and plan for change effectively and senior leaders to make informed decisions.

You bring both rigor and judgment to your work, applying strong program and change management discipline with proficiency in recognized methodologies such as Prosci and Kotter.
