Program Manager

General Description

The Program Manager is responsible for leading and managing patient recruitment strategy and overall program coordination at the Cebu Comprehensive Cleft Care Center of Excellence (COE).

The role ensures adequate patient pipeline to support surgical and comprehensive care activities, maintains strong community and stakeholder partnerships, and oversees implementation of programmatic operations aligned with center growth objectives.

The Program Manager provides oversight to Comprehensive Care services through coordination with the assigned Program Coordinator and relevant unit leads, ensuring continuity of care and integration across patient‑facing services.
