Program Manager

Oversees the day-to-day operation of the program; provides ongoing supervision of employees; implements and evaluates program policies, procedures and individuals’ plans. Promotes and upholds the rights of the individuals we serve, and honours their choices; ensures and enhances the quality of service through a cooperative management support system.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Participates as a member of a multi-discipline management team. Provides academic/experiential knowledge and education support to team members. Participates in Program Back-up and Support System.
• Facilitates the identification of the physical, emotional and programming needs of the individuals we serve.
