Engage2Excel is looking for a Program Manager. In this temporary full‑time role (Six‑month term, with the potential to convert to a permanent full‑time position based on performance), you will be the front‑line customer contact and must establish & maintain an excellent working relationship with the client. You will be responsible for all day‑to‑day functions in maintaining assigned customer accounts while working remotely.

Primary Responsibilities

• Be responsible for the day‑to‑day customer satisfaction of existing accounts. Interacts with program owners, contacts and recipients for problem solving and issue resolution.
• Communicate with recipients on order status, return management, changes, questions, etc.
• Monitor timeliness of data, discuss questions/issues with customer regarding data changes, error reporting, etc.
