Program Manager, Business Compliance

We are looking for a detail-oriented and self-driven individual to join the 3P
Business Compliance team. This role will lead compliance program execution, risk
identification, automation, and cross-functional coordination.
The ideal candidate is a process-obsessed program manager who combines deep
sales and account management knowledge with a passion for operational
excellence. They thrive in ambiguous environments, can dissect complex business
workflows to find inefficiencies or gaps, and build scalable mechanisms that
stick. They bring a consultative mindset — understanding how sales teams
operate, what drives their behavior, and how to design processes that achieve
compliance outcomes without creating friction. They are equal parts builder and
influencer, comfortable rolling up their sleeves to map a process end-to-end
