They thrive in ambiguous environments, can dissect complex business workflows to find inefficiencies or gaps, and build scalable mechanisms that stick. They bring a consultative mindset — understanding how sales teams operate, what drives their behavior, and how to design processes that achieve compliance outcomes without creating friction. They are equal parts builder and influencer, comfortable rolling up their sleeves to map a process end-to-end while also presenting recommendations to senior leaders.
