Role summary

The Program Manager is responsible for the overall leadership and operational management of the Beyond 3:30 program across all sites. Reporting to the Programs Director, this role ensures the delivery of high-quality, impactful programming that meets community needs, aligns with organizational goals, and adheres to safety and compliance standards.
