Job Description

  • Manage customer projects and their expectations, ensure all deliverables lead times are adhered to.
  • Drive project deliverables, develop project plans and goals with realistic timeline and budget constraints.
  • Identify resource need, develop schedules and methods for measuring.
  • Attend, interface and coordinate with customers in meetings, to define objectives, provide status updates, review project deliverables and quality.
  • Conduct necessary regular meetings with Team Leads, project teams, identify conflicts and provide issue resolutions.
  • Manage project metrics and assist PM in project coordination.

Qualification & Requirements

  • Hold Bachelor in relevant field. Otherwise, may hold a relevant professional qualification.
  • Experience or Practiced in BPO engagement model (Business Process Outsourcing).
