Job Description
- Act as the central coordinator for the Retail B2B Sales Program across geographies.
- Design and roll out playbooks, incentives, training materials, and SOPs for field sales teams.
- Work with sales managers to monitor lead generation, field productivity, and conversion metrics.
- Drive adoption and usage of CRM or sales tech tools; ensure data hygiene and accurate reporting.
- Identify bottlenecks in lead flow, market coverage, and customer onboarding; recommend fixes.
- Track program KPIs including activations, revenue per field rep, and customer retention.
- Prepare dashboards, presentations, and reviews for business leadership.
- Coordinate with ops, marketing, product, and finance to align all aspects of program delivery.
