Reporting to the Program Management Manger the Program Manager. In this role you will be responsible for leading a of cross-functional experts in the delivery of customer-focused products and services and will support the development and implementation of the project, pricing and program strategies in order to continue to deliver value to the business and its customers.
What a typical day looks like:
Organize, plan and direct program schedules and budgets.
In charge of tracking relevant metrics and drive action items based on results.
Provide help, knowledge and expertise with contract negotiations as required.
