Position Summary
The Program Manager provides leadership and oversight of the JABA Respite & Enrichment Center, ensuring high-quality, person-centered services for older adults and their caregivers. This role directs daily operations, supervises staff, ensures regulatory compliance, manages budgets, and strengthens community partnerships to support program excellence and growth.
Key Responsibilities Program & Operations Management
+ Plan, implement, and evaluate daily and long-term program activities.
+ Ensure meals, activities, and services meet participant needs and regulatory standards.
+ Develop and manage the annual budget; monitor expenses.
+ Track outcomes, maintain data systems, and prepare reports for funders and stakeholders.
+ Lead continuous quality improvement efforts.
