Job Description

OLH Technical Services LLC, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking a Program Manager, in NUWC Division Keyport, WA.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Manages task order to ensure that SOW is carried out in accordance with specified objectives. 
  • Plans and develops methods and procedures for implementing work, directs and coordinates tasks, and exercises control over personnel responsible for execution of the SOW. 
  • Selects personnel according to knowledge and experience. 
  • Communicates with employees to explain task order responsibilities and oversees performance. 
  • Directs and coordinates. 
  • Reviews reports and records of activities to ensure progress is being accomplished toward specified objectives and modifies or changes methodology as required to redirect activities and attain objectives.
