Program Manager (4894)

Kiliuda, subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking a Program Manager to join our team in Arlington, VA.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as focal point for all contractor functions that pertain to performance under the DS/T contract.

• Interact on a daily/weekly basis with Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) and/or Government Technical Monitors (GTM’s) to ensure performance across all contract task orders.

• Supervise, and oversee contractor performance in accordance with contract requirements.

• Advise and assist the COR regarding the scope of the contract.

• Accomplish human resource objectives by overseeing and ensuring effective recruiting, selecting, orienting, developing, counseling, and disciplining employees.
