Job Description

Developing and maintaining project plans, including project scope, goals, deliverables, resources, and timelines
- Collaborating with ADBD Operations and Support to track customer critical deliverables/fixes
- Identifying and handling dependencies and risks associated with projects
- Coordinating resources and tasks across multiple teams and disciplines
- Collaborating with developers and operations teams to understand and address technical challenges
- Ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the appropriate level of quality
- Monitoring and reporting on project progress to stakeholders
- Improving processes and tools to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the development and operations teams.
